If you have booked your accommodation directly on our website from before, but you have an unfortunate change of plans, you can cancel your reservation for free. If the cancellation is done 24 hours prior to arrival, we do not charge any fees! If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours, the room rate for the first night will be charged as a penalty.
